Prep Rally previously brought you the story of a Massachusetts girls hockey playoff game which was marred by a fan for one team who distracted the other team’s players and goalie with a laser pointer. While the outcome of the contest was allowed to stand, further investigation uncovered precisely who was responsible for the distracting laser pointer. Now that parent is facing criminal charges.

 

This is about a Father who used a laser pointer to distract a girls hockey team.  They were the team opposing his daughters team, in the playoffs.  The distracted team lost.  Their school petitioned to have the last period played again but were denied. Naked man caught outside Walmart tells police he was robbed of his clothes

(NewsCore) – A man arrested walking naked through Hesperia, Calif., early Tuesday told police he had been robbed of his clothes.

Ah, the old “someone stole my clothes” defense.  Dude, give it up.  We know that nobody stole your duds.

Anyone who has really lived their life has found themselves stranded outdoors naked at 4:30 in the morning.  The rest of us tell the truth.  Usually something like “I remember drinking tequila from the bottle then it all goes black” is closer to the truth.

Those who would dare violate the public peace in Philadelphia, consider yourself on notice: You have a sworn enemy. He’s not quite as noble as Superman, and his gadgets aren’t up to par with those used by Batman, but to those sick of loud cell phone conversations on city buses, he’s a genuine superhero.

 

It seems anything can make the news these days.  This particular one started out as one of those things I read while finishing my coffee.  It’s about this dude who bought a cell phone jammer because he is tired of hearing others cell phone conversations.

Like I said, I wasn’t finished my coffee yet.  I didn’t really think much about it until I got to the reader discussion after the article.  The opinions expressed are overwhelmingly supportive of this buffoon.  I didn’t count to give a percentage or anything like that, it was Sunday morning, after all.  I’m not going to waste it counting foolish comments. TOKYO Reuters – Times are looking tough for Tokyo’s cat cafes, where feline aficionados can drop in for tea and some time with a cat.

 

 

Cat bars?  We all know Japan is the world leader in weird stuff but this one really makes me wonder.  Paying money to pet a cat?  Twelve bucks an hour, no less.

This is for real.  A culture as educated as Japan doesn’t know what cats are all about?  They will, someday, to their sorrow.  Every cat, no matter what country they are in, is evil. Continue reading →

Really?

First of all, these guys are supposed to be the worst criminals and terrorists on the planet.  Just the fact that the bleeding hearts keep them there proves that.  Why are we spending money to build them a soccer field?  Isn’t a fenced yard enough for a prison?

The Real Tragedy Of Whitney Houstons Death

Don’t get me wrong.  I know Whitney Houston was talented. I know she was an inspiration to many people.  I also know she was an entertainer.  That’s all she was, nothing more.

I know some of you now will start sending me hate mail.  Even before I elaborate, you’ll be firing off some strongly worded missive to me about what a heartless prick I am.  Good!  That means you are here reading!

Thinking back on the last few weeks of Houston coverage makes me angry.  I hated all of the celebrity interviews with people gushing about what Houston meant to society.  I understand that a loss of life is a tragedy  to any family or friends. What I don’t understand is the incredible public outpouring of grief.

I can understand a little sadness over the death of an entertainer. They do have a spot in your life. I felt bad when Stevie Ray took his copter ride into the sunset but I didn’t take to the streets and organize a candlelight vigil either. Continue reading →

Ben & Jerry’s will take fortune cookies out of its new Jeremy Lin-inspired ice cream flavor after hearing complaints that the ingredient was racist.

Are you effing kidding me?  I must still be sleeping.  This is where hope and change are bringing us, is it?  Screw it, I don’t need any more change.

I don’t see how fortune cookies in ice cream are racist. Fortune cookies, while an American invention, are most definitely associated with Asian food. Not authentic Asian food, but our beloved Americanized version that was created by?  Yup, Asian people in America. The same America that will see this guy become a millionaire in the near future. Diner Has Apparent Heart Attack at Heart Attack Grill

LAS VEGAS (AP) – A man fell ill and was hospitalized after ordering a Triple Bypass burger at the Heart Attack Grill, a Las Vegas restaurant that jokingly warns customers “this establishment is bad for your health.”

 

You can’t say they didn’t warn him. How long before the almost naked PETA girl is protesting outside?

California Man Accused of Eating Cats

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – A Californian man is due in court Friday, accused of killing and eating cats.

 

Maybe this is where the ASPCA takes cats when you want to pay with a credit card?

Since when is it illegal to kill and eat cats?  If it’s true that he skinned them alive that’s probably a sign of deeper issues but I still don’t see the problem with raising them as food.  Must be because they are cuter than chickens or something.
